Common Questions
How do I connect my Firebase project?
Navigate to the dashboard and tap "Connect Project". You'll need to upload your Firebase service account JSON file, which you can download from the Firebase Console under Project Settings → Service Accounts.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your service account credentials are stored securely and never leave your device. We do not have access to your Firebase data.
Which Firebase services are supported?
Databeam currently supports Analytics, Authentication, Firestore, Realtime Database, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Storage.
How do I report a bug?
Send an email to support@databeam.app with a description of the issue, your device model, and OS version. Screenshots or screen recordings are helpful!
