By downloading, installing, or using Databeam ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Databeam is a mobile application that allows users to monitor and manage their Firebase projects. The App provides access to Firebase Analytics, Authentication, Firestore, Realtime Database, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Storage through your own Firebase credentials.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your Firebase credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring you have proper authorization to access the Firebase projects you connect
- Complying with Firebase's Terms of Service and all applicable laws
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App to violate the rights of others
- Share your account credentials with third parties
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Databeam and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIREDECK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
8. Firebase Data
Databeam accesses your Firebase projects using credentials you provide. We do not store, process, or have access to your Firebase data on our servers. You remain solely responsible for your Firebase data and its compliance with applicable regulations.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
